This week I had an annoying cold turn into a sinus infection. Thankfully, Rite Aid decided to have a ton of free after rebate cold and flu items. I managed to get a few and still leave some for anyone else who enjoys a good deal.
And yes, those are sinus rinse kits. Check out this video for a hilarious demonstration. I couldn't believe that I actually tried it, but when I was pregnant with Emily my doctor recommended them to help my stuffiness go away without medication. You do what you have to do, right?
