Albertsons deal

I have to say I was a little surprised at how good this deal turned out to be. This is what I bought:

1 gallon of milk
2 five pound bags of sugar
1 Ken's Steakhouse Lite Accents salad dressing
3 bags of Hershey's baking chips
bananas

Coupons used:
$2 off Ken's Steakhouse
$0.55 off 2 bags of sugar
$4.50 off milk from previous deal

Albertson's promotion:
Spend $10 on select products, get $3 off your purchase.

My total was $5.68! I was surprised because I knew the milk coupon said $4.50 off a gallon of milk, but I only expected it to take off the actual cost of the milk, which was $3. 39. When I saw that it took $4.50 off, I asked the cashier if the coupon said "up to" $4.50, but she said it didn't. I guess cutting out all those Sunday coupons really does pay off.
